閑静な住宅街、成城のゆらすかおりのアトリエで、和の香りづくりを体験してみませんか。 当プランでは、古の香りそのままに、香木沈香、白檀と薬や食でも使われる香原料のみでお線香を創ります。 江戸初期前後に、大阪で作り始められたお線香。リラックスタイムや、気分を変えたいとき、お客様のお迎え前にお部屋で薫いておくなど、様々なシーンでご使用ください。 香りは、日常の空間を非日常に変化させると言われてます。 どこか懐かしさを感じながらも、新しい香りでもある和の香り。様々な場面でお楽し頂くことが出来ます。 ゆらすかおりは合成香料を使用せずに、古の頃より使われていた自然の香原料のみで、オリジナルで香りを創っています。また、イメージを香りにするということは、他では体験が出来ないこと。 ぜひ、一度、自分の香りを創りにきてください。 お持ち帰り用の袋と箱はこちらでご用意しております。

Our ancestors were shinobi samurai who started to serve Tokugawa Ieyasu (the first shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate) in 1582. The clan served the shogunate for 265 years. In 1868, the clan declined the invitation from the Meiji Government and became independent. We are the only lasting shinobi clan in Japan. We invite you to come to our clan dojo where real master practitioners and professional interpreters take charge of all workshops and seminars. This is good for people who want to get a deeper insight into our ninja and samurai cultures. We still handcraft our tools and weapons. Feel free to ask any questions as we have kept our shinobi samurai tradition for over 450 years. Our ancestors trained locals and their servants to be shinobi.(Ninja is a new word used in movies. Shinobi is the word which was commonly used in the feudal times,) The term "shinobi samurai" is not well-known, but you can be one of the few who knows the history and shinobi philosophy and mindsets. The shinobi samurai trained ninjas and lead ninjas as their mastermind. You will wear a ninja outfit to learn ninja techniques and learn samurai sword techniques and manners in samurai garb.

山形県西村山郡にある自然豊かな農園を営んでいる「だいちゃん農園」です。 郷土料理クッキング♪ 下記の郷土料理をお作りいただけます。 笹巻・いるか汁・冷や汁・芋煮・納豆汁・雑煮・凍み餅 ★笹巻 米を一昼夜うるかし（浸し）、水をきり笹の葉に包み入れ茹でた保存食（砂糖入りきなこをまぶして食べます） ★凍み餅 大寒の頃うるちと米を混ぜた飯をつぶし、凍らせ干して、せんべい状に切り、3ヵ月干したものを揚げて甘辛醤油で味をつけた郷土食。 ★芋煮 自家製里芋つるりを使って、山形牛・豆腐・蒟蒻・野菜のたっぷり入った醤油味仕立ての郷土料理。 ★納豆汁 冬の山形では体が温まる納豆汁がよく提供されます。里芋の茎を干した「いもがら」が必須食材で、その他里芋・納豆・豆腐・堀米セリ（伝統野菜）・人参などが入った味噌味の具だくさん汁！
