After that, we’ll infuse the chashu with its delightful flavors and sizzle up the gyoza to perfection. Let's learn the bushido and experience the samurai spirit. What is the most important thing for a samurai? Wearing hakama, sandals, and a sword, and learning etiquette, manners, and kata. We call it the BUSHIDO sign. Next, as a BUSHIDO LEARN, you will experience the weight and sharpness of a real Japanese sword. We will learn the basics of swordsmanship (Battou and Nattou). We will take a break with SAMURAI TEA on the way. You will be entertained at a tea ceremony, as samurai risked their lives to "entertain" and "be entertained". Before participating in the final battle of the Warring States Period, the Battle of Osaka, the participants are asked to prepare for death and reflect on their own lives, writing their last words with a large brush on every piece of paper. Our ancestors were shinobi samurai who started to serve Tokugawa Ieyasu (the first shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate) in 1582. The clan served the shogunate for 265 years. In 1868, the clan declined the invitation from the Meiji Government and became independent. We are the only lasting shinobi clan in Japan. We invite you to come to our clan dojo where real master practitioners and professional interpreters take charge of all workshops and seminars. This is good for people who want to get a deeper insight into our ninja and samurai cultures. We still handcraft our tools and weapons. Feel free to ask any questions as we have kept our shinobi samurai tradition for over 450 years. Our ancestors trained locals and their servants to be shinobi.(Ninja is a new word used in movies. Shinobi is the word which was commonly used in the feudal times,) The term "shinobi samurai" is not well-known, but you can be one of the few who knows the history and shinobi philosophy and mindsets. The shinobi samurai trained ninjas and lead ninjas as their mastermind. You will wear a ninja outfit to learn ninja techniques and learn samurai sword techniques and manners in samurai garb.

山形県西村山郡にある自然豊かな農園を営んでいる「だいちゃん農園」です。 郷土料理クッキング♪ 下記の郷土料理をお作りいただけます。 笹巻・いるか汁・冷や汁・芋煮・納豆汁・雑煮・凍み餅 ★笹巻 米を一昼夜うるかし（浸し）、水をきり笹の葉に包み入れ茹でた保存食（砂糖入りきなこをまぶして食べます） ★凍み餅 大寒の頃うるちと米を混ぜた飯をつぶし、凍らせ干して、せんべい状に切り、3ヵ月干したものを揚げて甘辛醤油で味をつけた郷土食。 ★芋煮 自家製里芋つるりを使って、山形牛・豆腐・蒟蒻・野菜のたっぷり入った醤油味仕立ての郷土料理。 ★納豆汁 冬の山形では体が温まる納豆汁がよく提供されます。里芋の茎を干した「いもがら」が必須食材で、その他里芋・納豆・豆腐・堀米セリ（伝統野菜）・人参などが入った味噌味の具だくさん汁！

色々 丁寧に説明してもらって2時間ぐらいで出来上がったんですけど 1個目のスイッチにショートが入ってて帰ったらスイッチの部分ひねくり回さないと使えなくて残念です。そういう部分以外では楽しかったし、貴重な思い出ができてよかったです。
