沖縄県那覇市、国際通り近くの観光名所「牧志公設市場」で楽しむ、寿司づくり体験ツアー。 お寿司の「ネタ」になる沖縄鮮魚を仕入れる市場を見学し、講師の先生から寿司の握り方を学びます。お寿司（握り寿司）を自分で作って、みんなで食べる、特別な体験ツアーです。 〜当日の流れ〜 ①受付・説明 公設市場にご来場いただいたら3階の受付にお越しください。分からない場合は、旗を持ったスタッフが迎えに行きます。皆が揃ったらツアーの流れを説明します。所用時間：5分 ②公設市場 見学ツアー 公設市場1階の鮮魚コーナーやお肉販売コーナー、乾物コーナー等をガイドと一緒に見学します。見学しながら質問があればお気軽にお声かけください。所用時間：30分程度 ③寿司作り説明レクチャー 講師の先生が寿司飯の作り方、寿司の握り方を説明致します。所用時間：10分程度 ④寿司作り体験 ご自分で実際に寿司作り体験をしていただきます。講師が握り方等をアドバイスします。お酒を飲みながら作ることも可能です。（お酒は別途料金）所要時間：40分程度 ⑤実食 ご自身で作ったお寿司を参加者、講師と一緒に食べていただきます。お茶は無料、お酒を飲みながらの食事も可能です。所用時間：50分程度

We call it the BUSHIDO sign. Next, as a BUSHIDO LEARN, you will experience the weight and sharpness of a real Japanese sword. We will learn the basics of swordsmanship (Battou and Nattou). We will take a break with SAMURAI TEA on the way. You will be entertained at a tea ceremony, as samurai risked their lives to "entertain" and "be entertained". Our ancestors were shinobi samurai who started to serve Tokugawa Ieyasu (the first shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate) in 1582. The clan served the shogunate for 265 years. In 1868, the clan declined the invitation from the Meiji Government and became independent. We are the only lasting shinobi clan in Japan. We invite you to come to our clan dojo where real master practitioners and professional interpreters take charge of all workshops and seminars. This is good for people who want to get a deeper insight into our ninja and samurai cultures. We still handcraft our tools and weapons. Feel free to ask any questions as we have kept our shinobi samurai tradition for over 450 years. Our ancestors trained locals and their servants to be shinobi.(Ninja is a new word used in movies. Shinobi is the word which was commonly used in the feudal times,) The term "shinobi samurai" is not well-known, but you can be one of the few who knows the history and shinobi philosophy and mindsets. The shinobi samurai trained ninjas and lead ninjas as their mastermind. You will wear a ninja outfit to learn ninja techniques and learn samurai sword techniques and manners in samurai garb.

東京、名古屋、大阪、福岡に6教室を開校する「ゆう工房」。 明るく気さくな専門スタッフがひとりひとりのスピードに合わせて一緒にお手伝い致します。 七宝(しっぽう)焼きでオリジナルアクセサリーをつくる一日体験☆ シルバー+ガラスコースでは、ペンダントトップを制作できます。 まずは銀板を好きな形に切って、カラフルで綺麗な釉薬(ゆうやく)をのせていきます。 専用の窯で焼成したら七宝焼きオリジナルアクセサリーが完成します！ ☆完成した作品は体験日当日にお持ち帰り頂けます。 ☆作品制作についてご不安な事などございましたら、どんなことでもお気軽にお問合せ下さい。
初心者の方でも先生が丁寧に教えてくださいます。シルバーの板を好きな型に切り取り、好きな色の絵の具を乗せて焼いてもらいました。制作時間は3時間程でした。単純な型や模様であれば2時間くらいでできる方もいるかも。教室は生徒さんや1日体験のお客さんで賑わっていて人気な教室であることが伺えました。忙しい中でも的確に支持をくださり、こちらの質問にも丁寧に答えてくださる優しい先生でした。
