蕎麦について色々なことを教えていただいた上に、素晴らしい熟練の技まで見せていただき、とても感激しました。和やかに、でもしっかりとポイントを押さえた指導はとてもわかりやすかったです。最後に自分が打った蕎麦と、ご主人の蕎麦を食べ比べてみれば、自分の不器用さは一目瞭然(笑)、そんなことも笑い合いながら楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。私たちは家族でお世話になったのですが、どなたにもお勧めできるアクティビティだと思います。
