信越トレイルが伸びる「関田山脈」は里山です。 Do you know about Shinetsu-Trail , north part of Nagano prefecture ? The Sekida Mountain ridges are one of the heaviest snowfall areas in the world. It is along the ridgeline of a forested area at an altitude of about1,000m. From early June to November you are able to walk the trail, as all the snow has melted. In early summer, the trail is beautiful with fresh green leaves and in late autumn as the days get colder, the leaves turn stunning colors. Currently, the trail has 6 individual sections each between 8~12km. It takes approximately 6~7 hours to hike one section. Sections 1~6 total about 80km. Later this year, 4 new sections (7~10) will be opened making the trail 110km from start to finish. I plan to hike the entire trail, sections 1~10 before the first snow fall. Reasonable accommodation is available if you would like to stay overnight, and I can help with those arrangements if needed, so please feel free to ask. しなのディスカバリーのE-BIKEサイクリングツアーです。 野尻湖や黒姫高原、そして旧北国街道沿に広がる昔ながらの里山風景の中を、農道や林道、昔から里の人たちが使ってきた道を繋ぎながら、最新式の電動アシスト付きMTBで爽快に走ります！ 眼前に広がる北信五岳の景観、野尻湖とナウマンゾウの化石発掘の歴史、３５０年前に作られた用水路を辿るコースなど、妙高戸隠連山国立公園の自然・歴史・文化にたっぷりと触れる1dayサイクリングツアーです。 時には未舗装路のダウンヒルなど、アドベンチャー要素も満載！ 地元のガイドならではの秘密の古道ライドや解説付きで、見所盛りだくさんのツアーです。 ～当日の流れ～ 10：00 黒姫駅集合 黒姫駅に集合。ツアーの簡単な説明の後、E-MTBの乗り方講習 10：30 ツアースタート 北信五岳を眺める絶景を楽しみながら戸隠より流れてくる清流、鳥居川へ 未舗装の用水路沿いを走るアドベンチャーライド 11：30 江戸時代の用水路と北国街道 ３５０年前に作られた伝九郎用水を辿り、 かつての北国街道の宿場町として栄えた野尻宿の歴史や、江戸時代の用水、そして水力発電など、野尻湖を取り巻く水と人々の暮らしの歴史を巡ります。 12：50 野尻湖畔 天気が良ければ、オープンテラスのカフェや湖畔の公園でランチタイム。 ご飯を食べ終わったら、国立公園・野尻湖の周遊サイクリングへ出かけましょう。 湖の東側の菅川集落にある神社には、なんと樹齢1000年近い巨木の杉が！ 14：30 明治時代に造られたトンネルでタイムスリップ体験 信濃町の戸草集落には、130年以上前に造られた古いトンネルがあります。かつては蒸気機関車が通っていた旧・戸草トンネルを自転車で探検！ 15：30 ツアー終了 集合場所にてツアー終了となります。
