Although the icefall tour was cancelled, we still had a good time today. The guide picked us up at hotel in Yamagata city, and he teaches how to wear and walk with the snowshoes. He is a very professional and knowledgeable man about the mountains. The ice monsters are very beautiful in the sunny day. The tour is very interesting. We really enjoyed the tour.
