和包丁の研ぎ・柄つけ体験です。 包丁の研ぎ方が分からない方、和包丁の切れ味に興味がある方に簡単で、かつ正確な研ぎ方についてお教えします。 また、研ぎだけではなく、最終的には柄つけの方も行っていただき、切れ味のある世界に一つだけの包丁をお持ち帰りいただくことが可能となっております。 伝統ある日本の和包丁の魅力を知っていただくだけではなく、ぜひ実際に体験を通して実感いただけたら幸いです。 〜体験の流れ〜 10:00　注意事項・説明 体験を行っていただく上での事前の注意事項や、日本の包丁の歴史などを説明いたします。 10:30　研ぎ体験 研ぎの体験を行っていただきます。 最初は練習用の包丁を使っていただき、そのあと購入いただいた包丁を実際に研いでもらいます。 11:10　柄つけ体験 研いだ包丁に柄を付けます。 中子を熱し、そこに柄をはめ込み、木槌でたたいて柄を入れます。 11:40　包装 柄を付け終わった包丁を包装し、お客様にお渡しして終了となります。
