This is an authentic, hands-on sushi making experience designed for visitors eager to discover the true art of Japanese sushi. Guided by an Itamae—a master sushi chef with 30 years of experience—participants will not only master essential techniques but also gain insight into the culture and craftsmanship behind each piece of sushi.

Held at a real sushi restaurant in Tokyo, this program offers a unique opportunity to create and enjoy sushi using carefully selected ingredients. Vegetarian and allergy-friendly options are available, making this experience accessible to everyone. Perfect for food lovers, families, and anyone looking to make unforgettable memories in Japan.

Sake tasting is also available as an option.
You can taste Itamae Sushi's original sake, etc
