A cooking class and tasting experience for sukiyaki using the popular Kobe beef. In addition, we will do a distinctive water divination at Ikuta Shrine in Kobe, which has a history of over 1800 years, and express our gratitude for today's connections with the participants.
Experience the traditional Japanese game of origami and make popular origami cranes and shuriken. Once you get to know the participants well, it's time for the cooking class.
We will all make sukiyaki using Kobe beef, which is extremely popular in Japan. We will cut fresh Japanese vegetables into easy-to-eat pieces and enjoy the freshness and nutrition of the vegetables. We will also make the "warishita" and dashi broth, which determine the taste of sukiyaki.
