A professional licensed instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience will teach you how to use calligraphy tools and how to write with a brush. Enjoy traditional culture like a local in a Japanese-style room that feels like a Japanese home, while looking out at the Japanese garden. It's a valuable experience that can only be had in Japan! Everyone is welcome, regardless of nationality, as well as Japanese people. I can speak Japanese and basic English, but I will use a translator if necessary. 歴史の町、川尻にある風情あるお店奥の喫茶スペースにて日本伝統の和菓子を作って食べてみよう！ 令和4年に【現代の名工】に彰された職人が丁寧に優しく和菓子を教えます。 はじめはデモンストレーション！何が出来るかお楽しみ。そして次は実際に作ってみましょう（2個）。 季節のお花や果物など見て楽しい、作って楽しい和菓子。 最後はお抹茶と一緒に召し上がっていただきます。日本のお客様は勿論、外国のお客様にも人気の体験です。英語（初級）スペイン語（中級）での通訳対応も可能。 デモで作った和菓子はお土産としてお渡しいたします。
