Our ancestors were shinobi samurai who started to serve Tokugawa Ieyasu (the first shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate) in 1582. The clan served the shogunate for 265 years. In 1868, the clan declined the invitation from the Meiji Government and became independent. We are the only lasting shinobi clan in Japan. 　 We invite you to come to our clan dojo where real master practitioners and professional interpreters take charge of all workshops and seminars. This is good for people who want to get a deeper insight into our ninja and samurai cultures. We still handcraft our tools and weapons. Feel free to ask any questions as we have kept our shinobi samurai tradition for over 450 years. Our ancestors trained locals and their servants to be shinobi.(Ninja is a new word used in movies. Shinobi is the word which was commonly used in the feudal times,) The term "shinobi samurai" is not well-known, but you can be one of the few who knows the history and shinobi philosophy and mindsets. The shinobi samurai trained ninjas and lead ninjas as their mastermind. You will wear a ninja outfit to learn ninja techniques and learn samurai sword techniques and manners in samurai garb.

You will start with meditation in ninja outfit and learn 5 entry level techniques with our ninja instructor. Our English interpreter is available in all sessions. The basic principles of the Ninshido (shinobi-samurai philosophy) is introduced in a dynamic and mindful way. Program 1. Opening Ceremony & wearing a ninja outfit 2. Introduction to weaponry 3. 着物が似合う町浅草で、豪華な振袖や、華やかな着物、侍になりきって写真撮影！ 撮影はお一人様30分ほどで終わりますので気軽にご体験頂けます。 ショーステージのパフォーマー達がスタッフとして在籍しているので、 ポージングや所作指導を行いながらの撮影も、ご好評いただいております！ 写真データは、当日SDカードにてお渡ししますので、その日のうちにお土産としてお持ち帰り頂けます。※1組1枚
