暑い時期は溶岩が作り出した天然のアスレチックへ 神鍋高原には近畿で最も新しく、 唯一噴火口の残る「神鍋火山」があります。 その火山から約２万５千年前に噴火し流れ出た溶岩が固まってできた溶岩流を 全身を使いながら川の中をトレッキング。 コースの途中には、滝の近くに行ってみたり、 しっかり岩を掴んで進んでみたり、 水圧を感じてみたり、まるで天然のアスレチック！ 秘密の場所でゆったりした時間を設ける アウトドア休憩タイムもお楽しみのひとつです＊ 初級～中級のルートが有り、参加される方の身体能力に合わせてコース取りする事が可能です。
体力と運動神経には自信が無いけど、好奇心だけで本当に本当に楽しめました！超オススメです！大人も子どもも癒される事間違いなし。ムラーノさんが盛り上げてくださったので、冒険気分もぞんぶんに味わえました。念願の滝壺飛び込みも楽しかった～！また来たいです！！
